General description

The antibody HE-24 distinguishes blood group A₁B from A₂B. The specifity of the antibody HE-24 was verified on >1000 samples of blood.

Immunogen

Glycoprotein fraction isolated from saliva of secretors with blood group A.

Physical form

Solution in high glucose Dulbecco′s modified Eagle´s Medium (DMEM) with stable glutamine, with 15 mM sodium azide.
